Delivery Policy

General Information:

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 


Delivery Location:

Products offered on our website are only available for delivery to physical addresses within South Africa. Any shipments outside of South Africa are not available at this time.

Delivery Time:

Estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Generally we aim to deliver your products between 2 and 4 working days from when an order is made and paid for. More often than not, you can expect your order much sooner than that but we will communicate all that with you.

Pickups:

We now offer free pickups for orders within Johannesburg ONLY - specifically Park Meadows Shopping Mall (Cnr Cumberland & Park Meadows Shopping Centre, Allum Rd, Kensington, Johannesburg, 2091). Pickups will be arranged and made to the convenience of both beloved customer and BOBZA at an agreed time.

Drop-offs:

Additionally, we offer free drop-offs to Wits Junction student residence (Junction Ave, Parktown, Johannesburg, 2193). We aim on offering more free/discounted delivery drop-offs at more student residences across The University of the Witwatersrand and Johannesburg.

Delivery Instructions:

You can provide shipping instructions by adding order notes when checking out on the website.

 
Shipping Costs:

Our shipping costs are set at a fixed price of R99 nationwide. For remote areas or large and heavy items, additional shipping charges may apply. Any applicable charges will be clearly communicated to you on the checkout page. In some cases, we may contact you directly after checkout to provide further information on shipping costs. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure transparency and clarity regarding shipping charges.


Damaged Items in Transport:

Please note that we make use of a reputable third party courier company to fulfil our orders. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, please contact us or email us immediately at orders@bobza.co.za.
