If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to make the process quick and easy for you! We offer free returns within 14 working days of delivery/receipt for a defective/damaged or incorrect product/s and a product/s you received that did not meet your expectations. You can return your product for the following "Refund Types": store credit, a different product/s, or a refund to the original payment amount.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Items sold with promotional gifts are returned together with the gift.
Exceptions:
- No returns of perishable foods and beverages.
- No returns of personalised or custom orders.
- No returns of any body-piercing jewellery (including earrings) will be permitted.
- No returns of Final End of Season Sale items will be permitted.
- Any factory fault must be reported in 3 days on the received parcel thru our support email address.
- To request a refund the parcel must be returned back within 4 working days after received.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Visit our Contact Us page and fill in all the necessary information including:
- Your order tracking number and what product/s you would like to return
- The reason for your requested refund
- Preferred Refund Type
- Once we have processed your return application (usually between 2-5 business days) we will contact you so that you may provide our couriers with the product/s.
Refund turnaround time:
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank (in the case of a cash refund) to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). With respect to in-store credit and a different product/s, turnaround times are significantly shorter as there is no bank processing time.
Lost and damaged goods returns:
In the case that you do not receive your order or receive a defective product/s due to loss in transit, theft, poor handling or other (eish!), we will notify you as soon as this fact is made aware to us. For a damaged product/s it is imperative that you take photos of damage and Contact Us as soon as you receive your order. In most cases if there is still stock we will replace the lost product/s with a new, matching product/s at no additional cost to you. If the product/s is no longer in stock, you will be given the option of selecting a Refund Type.
